Descrição: Atuar de forma estratégica na gestão financeira das operações de transporte, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações, controle de receitas e custos, análise de rentabilidade e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria dos resultados. Ser referência técnica na interface entre Financeiro, Faturamento, Operações, Comercial e demais áreas envolvidas, transformando dados operacionais e financeiros em informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades:

• Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho financeiro das operações e contratos de transporte;

• Monitorar receitas, custos, despesas e margens por cliente, operação, rota,

veículo ou centro de custo;

• Elaborar análises de rentabilidade e identificar operações com desvios ou baixa

margem;

• Realizar análises de realizado x previsto/orçado, identificando causas dos

principais desvios;

• Apoiar a construção de projeções financeiras e forecasts relacionados às

operações;

• Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria da eficiência

financeira.

• Acompanhar o ciclo de faturamento das operações de transporte,

garantindo aderência às condições comerciais acordadas;

• Monitorar pendências que possam gerar atraso, perda de receita ou impacto no

fluxo financeiro;

• Analisar divergências de faturamento, valores não faturados, glosas e demais

inconsistências;

• Apoiar a conciliação entre serviços realizados, documentos operacionais e

valores faturados;

• Atuar junto às áreas responsáveis na resolução de divergências financeiras com

clientes.

• Realizar análises dos principais componentes de custos da operação, como

combustível, pedágio, manutenção, terceiros, agregados, diárias, estadias e

demais despesas relacionadas ao transporte;

• Desenvolver análises de custo por rota, cliente, operação e veículo;

• Identificar tendências, variações e possíveis distorções nos custos;

• Apoiar estudos de viabilidade financeira de novas operações, contratos ou

alterações de escopo;

• Contribuir para definição e acompanhamento de indicadores de custo e

produtividade.

• Construir, acompanhar e apresentar indicadores financeiros da operação;

• Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para acompanhamento dos

resultados;

• Monitorar indicadores, faturamento pendente, glosas e evolução dos

custos operacionais;

• Realizar análises críticas dos resultados, apresentando causas, impactos e

recomendações;

• Preparar materiais executivos para reuniões gerenciais e apresentação à liderança.

• Mapear e aprimorar processos financeiros relacionados à operação de

transportes;

• Criar controles que garantam maior confiabilidade, rastreabilidade e agilidade

das informações;

• Identificar riscos financeiros e fragilidades nos processos;

• Apoiar auditorias internas e externas por meio da disponibilização e validação

das informações;

• Participar da implantação e melhoria de sistemas, controles e automações da

área;

• Atuar na padronização dos processos financeiros entre diferentes operações e

clientes.

• Atuar em parceria com Operações, Faturamento, Comercial, e demais áreas relacionadas;

• Apoiar gestores operacionais na compreensão dos impactos financeiros das

decisões;

• Participar de reuniões de performance e acompanhamento de contratos;

• Ser referência técnica para análises financeiras relacionadas às operações de

transporte;

• Apoiar a liderança na construção de planos de ação para melhoria da

rentabilidade.
