Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista Financeiro, responsável por analisar, planejar, controlar e otimizar os recursos financeiros da empresa, assegurando a confiabilidade das informações, o cumprimento das metas financeiras e o suporte à tomada de decisões estratégicas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Pagamentos nacionais e internacionais (câmbio e Cayman).
  • Acompanhamento de SERASA e protestos.
  • Conciliação de fornecedores (ADT).
  • Requisições e medições no sistema (comissão, seguro, Flash e SERASA).
  • Preparação de adiantamentos de pagamento.
  • Atendimento e resposta a fornecedores internos e externos.
  • Cadastro de clientes.
  • Cobrança da regularização de notas fiscais referentes aos adiantamentos efetuados.
  • Realizar diariamente a baixa das contas a receber, contas a pagar e adiantamentos.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar diariamente o fluxo de caixa financeiro e o fluxo de caixa contábil.
  • Realizar operações de câmbio e acompanhar as operações contratadas.
  • Registrar e atualizar o ROF junto ao Banco Central do Brasil (Bacen) para novas operações de empréstimos e financiamentos no exterior.
  • Realizar as conciliações bancárias de fechamento.
  • Elaborar semanalmente os relatórios de saldos bancários e de investimentos financeiros.
  • Registrar as receitas de multas cobradas de clientes (AVA) e elaborar o relatório diário de multas.
  • Realizar a cobrança de clientes, elaborar mensalmente o relatório de aging de contas a receber e conciliar os saldos de contas a receber com os clientes.
  • Realizar análises de crédito e cadastrar os dados mestres de novos clientes.
  • Calcular e provisionar mensalmente as comissões sobre vendas.
  • Apurar os ganhos e perdas cambiais realizados, considerando seus impactos no IRPJ, e constituir as respectivas provisões.
  • Elaborar e enviar à matriz os relatórios mensais, incluindo o reporting package, as operações de cartão de crédito e os recebimentos via boleto bancário.
  • Apoiar as auditorias internas e externas de processos e contabilidade, fornecendo documentos, informações e esclarecimentos.

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento de rotinas financeiras (contas a pagar, contas a receber e tesouraria) Conciliação bancária.
  • Noções de contabilidade e interpretação de demonstrações financeiras, elaboração e análise de relatórios financeiros
  • Conhecimento básico de tributos e retenções
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, TOTVS será um diferencial).
