Wen suchen wir?

Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Senior Financial Accountant, der/die unser Team insbesondere bei anspruchsvollen Accounting- und Abschlussthemen unterstützt. Entscheidend für uns sind fundierte Bilanzierungs- und Steuerkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, Jahresabschlüsse eigenständig und sicher zu erstellen. Die unbefristete Position wird mit 30–40 Wochenstunden in Teil- oder Vollzeit besetzt und wird an unserem Standort in Berlin ausgeübt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Betreuung von Objekt- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften, insbesondere eigenständige Erstellung von Jahres- und Zwischenabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, Zwischenabschlüssen und Net Asset Value (NAV)-Berechnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfern sowie Steuerberatern im Rahmen von Abschluss- und Prüfungsthemen
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für ein bis zwei Financial Accountants im Buddy-System: Unterstützung und Mentoring bei Fragen und komplexeren Sachverhalten
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Klärung komplexer Sachverhalte im Kreditoren- und Debitorenbereich
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Berechnungen
  • Rechnungsprüfung, Sicherstellung interner Weiterberechnungen sowie Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Erstellung von Gesellschafterbeschlüssen und Unterstützung im Vertragsmanagement
  • Überwachung von Zahlläufen sowie rechtzeitige Freigabe und Unterzeichnung
  • On- und Offboarding von Gesellschaften einschließlich steuerlicher Anmeldung und Erstellung von Eröffnungsbilanzen.

Qualifikation & Erfahrung

  • Die Qualifikation als zertifizierter Bilanzbuchhalter oder abgeschlossenes Studium der in der Betriebswirtschaftlehre o.ä. mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen ist zwingend erforderlich
  • mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrun inklusive der sicheren und eigenständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB setzen wir voraus
  • Erfahrung mit Immobiliengesellschaften, idealerweise im Gewerbeimmobilienbereich, ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit umfangreichen Excel-Arbeitsmappen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit unterschiedlichen Gesellschaftsformen, insbesondere KG-Strukturen sowie gute steuerliche Kenntnisse sind ebenfalls erfoderlich

  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich eigenständig in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und den Gesamtüberblick zu bewahren
  • Offenheit für neue Prozesse und Bereitschaft, Veränderungen und Verbesserungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
