Missão do Cargo

Garantir a acuracidade e a conformidade fiscal das operações da indústria por meio da emissão correta de notas fiscais de entrada e saída. Contribuir para a fluidez dos processos de recebimento e expedição, assegurando o cumprimento das obrigações legais e o suporte necessário às áreas logística e contábil.

Principais atividades:

  • Emissão e conferência de notas fiscais: Responsável pelo correto preenchimento, lançamento e ajustes de NF-e de entrada e saída.
  • Apoio na apuração de tributos: Contribuição nas rotinas fiscais e na apuração de ICMS, IPI, PIS e COFINS.
  • Organização documental e relatórios: Manutenção de registros organizados e suporte na geração de relatórios fiscais e contábeis.
  • Integração com áreas operacionais: Atuação conjunta com expedição, recebimento, logística e administrativo de vendas para garantir fluidez nos processos.

O que buscamos?

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em faturamento e recebimento fiscal, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial;
  • Domínio de Excel (nível intermediário).

Conhecimentos e Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Conhecimento em tributos e regras fiscais básicas;
  • Atuação anterior em rotinas de recebimento, expedição e controle de estoque;
  • Desejável: Conhecimento no sistema TOTVS Protheus e vivência no setor do agronegócio.
