Missão do cargo

Executar atividades laboratoriais de microbiologia aplicadas à pesquisa e ao desenvolvimento de bioinsumos, atuando no isolamento, cultivo, manutenção e caracterização de microrganismos de interesse agrícola. Garantir a qualidade, a confiabilidade, a reprodutibilidade e a rastreabilidade dos resultados experimentais, em conformidade com os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), as Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) e as normas de biossegurança, apoiando a equipe de pesquisa no desenvolvimento de novos produtos e soluções biológicas.

Principais atividades

  • Preparar meios de cultura, soluções e reagentes conforme protocolos estabelecidos, garantindo condições adequadas de esterilidade e controle de qualidade;
  • Executar rotinas de isolamento, plaqueamento, repique, contagem e cultivo de microrganismos, conforme os Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs);
  • Realizar a manutenção, conservação, reativação e controle de qualidade das cepas do banco de microrganismos, assegurando a atualização dos registros e a rastreabilidade das amostras;
  • Conduzir ensaios de caracterização fenotípica e bioquímica para avaliação do potencial agronômico de microrganismos, sob orientação da equipe de pesquisa;
  • Registrar dados e resultados experimentais de forma organizada e fidedigna em cadernos, sistemas e planilhas, garantindo a rastreabilidade e apoiando a análise posterior das informações;
  • Apoiar os pesquisadores na preparação, montagem, condução e finalização de experimentos do pipeline de microbiologia;
  • Contribuir para a organização e o bom funcionamento do laboratório, incluindo controle de estoque de insumos, limpeza e descarte adequado de resíduos, em conformidade com as normas de biossegurança.

O que buscamos?

  • Ensino técnico completo em Química, Biotecnologia ou similiares;
  • Graduação em Ciências Biológicas, Biotecnologia, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial;
  • Experiência em rotina de laboratório de microbiologia;
  • Domínio das técnicas microbiológicas de rotina: preparo de meios, esterilização e assepsia, isolamento, plaqueamento, repique e contagem;
  • Conhecimento em boas práticas de laboratório (BPL) e normas de biossegurança;
  • Inglês básico (leitura e interpretação de protocolos);
  • Desejável: experiência com ensaios de screening de microrganismos para identificação de funções agronômicas, incluindo testes microbiológicos e bioquímicos.

  • Vaga temporária pelo período de 06 meses, com possibilidade de prorrogação e/ou efetivação de contrato.
