ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker en personlig assistent till ett barnärende där arbetet sker i en engelsktalande familjemiljö i kundens hem i Valbo. Kunden har behov av hjälp och stöd i sin vardag. Det innebär att i dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bland annat personlig omvårdnad så som personlig hygien, sondmatning och medicin via sond samt registrering och omhändertagande vid epileptiska anfall. Tjänsten är fysiskt krävande då många tunga lyft och bärande/stödjande ingår i arbetsuppgifterna. Du kommer att arbeta nära föräldrarna och utgår utifrån kundens/föräldrarnas önskemål.

Det gäller två tjänster. En tjänst gäller en PAN anställning ca 90%, schema fördelat huvudsakligen kväll och helg, tillträde från 15 nov 2026. En tjänst gäller en PAN anställning 100% vaken natt, tillträde från 18 jan 2027.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som:

  • talar flytande engelska
  • har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete och kommunikation med barn

Vi ser det som meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom vård- och omsorg och/eller erfarenhet av arbete inom LSS.

  • tar egna initiativ, är modig och har förmåga att skilja på sak och person
  • har ett prestigelöst förhållningssätt i ditt samarbete med kollegor, medborgare och aktörer

Som slutkandidat i rekryteringsprocessen är det ett krav att du uppvisar ett utdrag ur belastningsregistret för arbete med barn enligt LSS.
