Vi söker personlig assistent till en man i 30-årsåldern i Tyresö

Vi söker en engagerad, lyhörd och ansvarsfull personlig assistent till en man i 30-årsåldern som bor hemma tillsammans med sin mamma.

Mannen har epilepsi och deltar i daglig verksamhet under dagarna. Arbetet är förlagt till eftermiddagar och kvällar, när han kommer hem från sin dagliga verksamhet.

Om arbetet

Som personlig assistent hjälper du honom i vardagen och bidrar till att skapa trygghet, struktur och en meningsfull tillvaro. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat:

Hjälp med måltider och mat.

Stöd vid personlig hygien och omvårdnad.

Hjälp med vardagliga rutiner och aktiviteter i hemmet.

Att finnas till hands och uppmärksamma hans behov.

Att följa rutiner kring epilepsi och agera lugnt och tryggt vid behov.

Mannen kommunicerar inte med tal, vilket innebär att du behöver vara lyhörd, uppmärksam och ha förmåga att tolka hans signaler och uttryck. Det är viktigt att du har tålamod och ett genuint intresse för att lära känna honom och förstå hans sätt att kommunicera.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som är trygg, empatisk, ansvarsfull och har ett respektfullt bemötande. Du behöver vara uppmärksam på detaljer, kunna arbeta självständigt och samtidigt samarbeta med familjen.

Erfarenhet av personlig assistans, epilepsi eller alternativ kommunikation är meriterande, men det viktigaste är att du har rätt inställning och vilja att lära dig.
