Voor deze functie zijn we opzoek naar een enthousiaste, pro actieve en efficiënt werkende professional die het leuk vindt om kennis over te dragen. Wij zijn op zoek naar praktijkdocenten, bij voorkeur met ervaring in paro-preventie. Deze ervaring is waardevol, omdat je dan een belangrijke rol kunt spelen bij zowel de opleiding voor paro-preventieassistenten als die voor preventieassistenten. Heb je alleen ervaring in preventie? Ook dan zijn er mogelijkheden om bij ons aan de slag te gaan, aangezien we graag jouw kennis en vaardigheden inzetten om onze cursisten optimaal te begeleiden. Het is van belang dat je communicatief vaardig bent en stelt je gastvrij op naar onze collega’s en cursisten.

Een cursus bestaat uit 8 cursusdagen, waarbij elke dag is verdeeld in een theorie- (ochtend) en een praktijkgedeelte (middag). Als nieuwe medewerker heb je de flexibiliteit om je beschikbare dagen zelf op te geven. We moedigen je daarbij aan om zoveel mogelijk vaste dagen op een cursus te werken, zodat we continuïteit kunnen bieden aan onze cursisten

Wie zijn wij? M2 academy is een toonaangevend opleidingsinstituut in de tandheelkundige branche, gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden van externe opleidingen binnen de Mondzorg. Met een team van ongeveer 35 gepassioneerde medewerkers, waaronder theoriedocenten, praktijkdocenten, coördinatoren en een managementteam, streven we ernaar professionals in de tandheelkunde een leven lang leren te bieden. Onze visie en missie zijn gebaseerd op het principe van "van professionals voor professionals", waarbij we hoogwaardige opleidingen leveren om de tandheelkundige zorg naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
