Broadway Build Your Experience in a Stable Monday–Friday Role Are you someone who is organized, dependable, and good at keeping track of the details? Do you enjoy helping people, working with computers, and having a role where every day has a clear purpose? LocaliQ/USA TODAY is looking for a Public Notice Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their experience in administration, customer service, data entry, and office operations. You'll help customers and internal teams make sure important public and legal notices are processed accurately and published on time. You'll have a variety of responsibilities throughout the day, including working with customers, responding to emails and phone calls, entering information into computer systems, and keeping up with important deadlines. No previous experience in public notices is required. If you have the right attitude, are comfortable learning new systems, and take pride in doing things correctly, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do

Process public notices and advertisements, making sure information is accurate and deadlines are met Work with customers and sales representatives to answer questions and coordinate notice placement Respond to emails and phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Enter and maintain information across multiple computer systems Review proofs, reports, and other information for accuracy Coordinate with internal teams to resolve questions or issues Keep track of deadlines and changing priorities throughout the day Maintain organized and accurate records Learn our systems, processes, and requirements through hands-on training

Pay close attention to details and like getting things right Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers Are comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new software Have a friendly, helpful approach to customer service Can work independently while also being part of a team Show up, follow through, and take ownership of your work

Previous experience in office administration, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, data entry, or a similar environment is helpful, but not required. We'll train you on our systems and processes. Notary experience is not required, and we can assist with becoming a notary if needed. Why Join Us?
