International Sales Executive, Overseas Markets (2 positions)

Location: Nairobi (on-site)

Reports to: Country Manager

Employment: Permanent, with a 3-month probation

Salary: KES 25,000 per month

About Our Client

Our client is a vehicle sales business serving customers in Kenya and overseas. They are growing and want to build a team of people who will grow with the company.

The Role

You will sell to customers outside Kenya by phone and online, turning international enquiries into confirmed sales.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and online enquiries from overseas customers
  • Present vehicles and services clearly and guide customers through the purchase process
  • Follow up persistently and professionally to turn enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Engage customers through messaging, social media and email
  • Keep accurate records of all enquiries, conversations and follow-ups
  • Meet your individual sales and activity targets
  • Work with the operations team on documentation and shipping coordination
  • Communicate respectfully with customers across cultures and time zones

What You'll Need

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in call-centre work, telesales, telemarketing or customer service
  • No motor industry experience required
  • Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are an advantage)
  • Online or digital selling experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to suit overseas time zones

A confident, target-driven person who sells well on the phone and online. We value attitude and genuine interest above industry background: you should be persistent, disciplined and comfortable with customers from different cultures.

The Right Fit

Our client wants people who see this as a long-term career (3 to 4 years and beyond), and who are honest, dependable and ambitious. Applicants will be asked to declare any current business interests in the vehicle trade.
