Garage Centraal is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive and dedicated All-Round financial Administrator to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys taking initiative, and wants to be part of a company that values teamwork and innovation — we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for someone with the right mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. In this role, you will support our financial operations by handling invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for accuracy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting financial tasks across departments. Experience with financial software and basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process Invoices
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Support
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Data Entry & Documentation
  • Assist with Month-End Closing

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Minimum HAVO/EPI
  • Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency with Financial Software. Experience with ERP systems (like Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) or similar financial software.

Nice to have

  • Excel Proficiency
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Education in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with Month-End Close Procedures
  • Knowledge of Local Tax Regulations
