Join Our Team at Garage Centraal!

Garage Centraal is the official dealer of the car brands Hyundai, Isuzu, Leapmotor and Volkswagen. Our business activities include importing, purchasing and selling passenger and commercial vehicles we also sell spare parts and provide automotive maintenance services and repairs for our own brands.

For the Workshop department we are looking for an initiative-rich and independent Pro Technician with the following characteristics;

• Proactive approach to ongoing repairs;

• Carrying out service and repairs of all workshop activities;

• Selecting the necessary parts for the correct job;

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues timely and accurately
  • Conduct regular maintenance work such as replacing fluids, lubricating parts
  • Inspect mechanical and electrical components
  • Inspect vehicle engine
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Must Have

  • MBO 4 degree (thinking level) or higher
  • Stress resistant
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and Papiamento.
  • Rijbewijs B, as a minimum
  • Valid work permit for Aruba

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiple brands (e.g. Hyundai, Isuzu and Volkswagen)
  • A Good Work Ethic
  • Willingness to follow training courses (also abroad)
  • Computer skills
