Support rent-roll reporting, lease commitments, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests; partner with Accounting to support lease accounting data and reporting requirements. Manage new-site and disposition workflows, ensuring executed terms, possession dates, financial obligations, and documentation are accurately transitioned to lease administration and operating teams. Coordinate portfolio reporting and executive dashboards, including upcoming expirations, lease obligations, options, occupancy costs, transaction activity, and identified risks or savings opportunities. Lead recurring provider performance reviews and stakeholder meetings; maintain action logs, ownership, deadlines, and documented resolutions. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, intake processes, approval workflows, document standards, and internal controls across business units and regions. Collaborate with Facilities Management and Project Management teams regarding landlord obligations, maintenance responsibility disputes, restoration requirements, handover activities, and surrender obligations. Serve as a trusted internal resource for lease-related inquiries and coordinate timely support from external partners.
