Operations Manager Are you an experienced operations leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment? GardaWorld Cash is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily cash processing operations and lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, secure, and efficient service to our customers. In this role, you'll combine leadership, problem-solving, and operational expertise to ensure performance, quality, security, and compliance standards are consistently met. What You'll Do As an Operations Manager, you will:

Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams in a secure cash-processing environment. Oversee the daily processing of cash, coin, checks, ATM settlements, and change orders. Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Monitor productivity, quality, and service levels while driving continuous improvement. Partner with site leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and balancing exceptions. Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees for long-term success. Create schedules and manage staffing to support business demands. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, security, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and audit standards. Support customer relationships and represent the operation during meetings and discussions. Step into site leadership responsibilities when needed.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in operations, manufacturing, logistics, production, banking, or other high-volume processing environments. Proven ability to motivate employees, manage performance, and drive results. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cash handling, cash vault operations, banking operations, armored transportation, or a secure processing environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. Experience managing supervisors or multiple operational teams.

Work Environment & Schedule

Fast-paced, secure production environment. Flexible schedule based on business and operational needs. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required. Up to 20% travel, depending on location and business needs.

Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Team members may regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move heavier items with assistance. The role also requires prolonged standing, computer use, and working in a secure operational environment.
