Description du poste

Vos missions clés

  • Participer à la mise en place des préparations pâtissières (pâtes, crèmes, appareils, etc.)
  • Réaliser des desserts et entremets, en suivant les fiches techniques
  • Contribuer au dressage à l’assiette des desserts durant le service
  • Participer à la réception, au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises
  • Appliquer avec rigueur les normes d’hygiène (HACCP) et de sécurité en cuisine
  • Maintenir son poste de travail propre et organisé en permanence

Qualifications

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Organisé, minutieux, soucieux du détail et esprit collabortaif
  • Vous avez une connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Vous avez une formation en cuisine/pâtisserie et idéalement une première expérience dans un restaurant ou une brasserie haut-de-gamme.
