Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un site haut de gamme à Paris, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Comptoir - Expérience Client & Service Premium, passionné(e) par l'art du service et animé(e) par l'exigence propre aux grandes maisons.

Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de l'expérience client, vous êtes au coeur de la relation avec nos convives et veillez à offrir un service fluide, élégant et attentif à chaque instant.

Vos missions clés

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Site, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement du comptoir ainsi que du suivi du service en salles de réunion (5 salles). Vous veillez à la qualité de l'accueil, à la mise en valeur de l'offre culinaire et à la parfaite organisation des prestations destinées à nos convives.

Gestion du comptoir

  • La vente et le conseil autour de nos offres : petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et goûter
  • La mise en place, le réassort et la bonne présentation des produits
  • La gestion des encaissements et le suivi des tableaux financiers
  • Le respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de propreté du comptoir
  • Une relation client attentive et professionnelle

Room Service en salles de réunion :

  • Vous vérifiez la bonne mise en place et le rangement des 5 salles de réunion
  • Vous suivez les réservations via l'application client
  • Vous préparez et livrez les plateaux repas et prestations demandées
  • Vous veillez à offrir un service discret, ponctuel et soigné

Qualifications

Le Profil recherché

Issu(e) d'une école hôtelière ou fort(e) d'une expérience significative dans les métiers de la restauration, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.

Professionnel(le) du service, vous vous distinguez par votre sens du détail, votre rigueur et votre discrétion, qualités indispensables pour évoluer dans un environnement exigeant.

Vous êtes :

  • Dynamique, organisé(e) et ponctuel(le)
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un véritable esprit d'équipe
  • À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques
  • La pratique de l'anglais constitue un réel atout.

Nos engagements :

  • CDI
  • 39 heures hebdomadaire
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise
  • Horaire continu du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h30 (avec une pause en matinée et une pause déjeuner).
