The posting

Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de E-commerce para atuar no suporte e acompanhamento da operação dos canais de venda online, contribuindo para que os pedidos sejam processados com agilidade, os anúncios estejam sempre atualizados e os clientes tenham uma boa experiência de compra.

Principais responsabilidades:

- Acompanhar diariamente os pedidos recebidos pelo site e marketplaces; - Realizar a separação, conferência, embalagem e preparação dos pedidos para envio; - Emitir etiquetas e documentos necessários para expedição e acompanhar coletas e postagens; - Acompanhar e atualizar o estoque físico e das plataformas de venda; - Realizar o cadastro e a atualização de produtos e anúncios, incluindo títulos, descrições, fotos, preços, categorias, SKUs e variações; - Monitorar anúncios com erros, pausados ou com baixo desempenho, buscando oportunidades de melhoria; - Acompanhar mensagens, notificações, alertas, regras e eventuais penalizações dos marketplaces; - Prestar atendimento aos clientes no pré e pós-venda, auxiliando em dúvidas, reclamações, trocas, devoluções, cancelamentos e reembolsos; - Acompanhar entregas e solucionar ocorrências relacionadas a pedidos e transportadoras; - Atualizar preços e promoções conforme orientação da empresa; - Conferir taxas, comissões, descontos e possíveis divergências de valores; - Acompanhar indicadores básicos de vendas, cancelamentos, devoluções e desempenho dos produtos; - Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir com ações para aumentar as vendas e a eficiência da operação.

Conhecimentos e habilidades técnicas:

- Ensino médio completo; - Conhecimento básico em Excel e/ou Google Planilhas; - CNH válida; - Facilidade com computadores, sistemas e ferramentas digitais; - Facilidade para aprender e utilizar plataformas de e-commerce e marketplaces; - Conhecimento ou experiência com rotinas de pedidos, estoque e expedição será um diferencial; - Noções de cadastro e atualização de produtos, trocas, devoluções e atendimento pós-venda; - Facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes sistemas e lidar com múltiplas informações simultaneamente.
