Gazelle draait al jaren mee in de kopgroep als het gaat om fietsen van wereldklasse. Alleen al in onze hypermoderne fabriek in Dieren maken we dagelijks meer dan 1000 e-bikes die verkocht worden door ons internationale Gazelle dealernetwerk. Dealers bieden op hun beurt service aan de consument en nemen contact met ons op voor het bestellen van extra onderdelen en accessoires.

Vanuit Supply Chain ondersteun je zowel de massaproductie als Onderdelen & Accessoires (O&A) voor een effectieve en efficiënte planning en soepele samenwerking in de hele supply chain. In deze dubbelrol ben je dus betrokken bij meerdere facetten van onze supply chain.

Jouw werk

Jouw aandacht gaan uit naar de beschikbaarheid van een continue stroom onderdelen en accessoires voor productie en ons dealernetwerk.

  • Jij zet bestellingen uit, bevestigt inkooporders en monitort leverschema’s.
  • Waar nodig onderhandel jij zelf met internationale toeleveranciers over deze schema’s.
  • Met verkregen inzichten zorg je voor het optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en dat consequenties van schommelingen in planningen minimale impact hebben.
  • Zo houd je extra voorraad aan bij underperformance van leveranciers of wijs je partijen actief op gemaakte afspraken.
  • Dit alles doe je niet alleen. Je staat in nauw contact met sales & service, het warehouse, procurement, datamanagement, finance en productmanagement.
  • Je pakt zelf verbetertrajecten op en werkt mee aan het implementeren van processen. Voor O&A heb je hierin een duidelijke rol.
  • Binnen Pon.Bike kijk je naar de mogelijkheden om synergievoordelen te halen.

Binnen de afdeling Supply Chain werk je met een gedreven team (inkoop) planners. Zo doen jullie er samen alles aan waardoor het productieproces niet spaak loopt en de consument kan rekenen op de Gazelle fiets van zijn dromen.

Jouw achtergrond

Voor deze positie is het van belang dat jij teamspirit met daadkracht combineert.

Daarbij zet jij het volgende in:

  • Een hbo opleiding zoals supply chain, logistics engineering of technische bedrijfskunde.
  • In ieder geval 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een logistieke / productie omgeving.
  • Ruime, aantoonbare ervaring met SAP en Excel.
  • Jij weet overzicht en de rust te bewaren in een complexe supply chain
  • Gedegen analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen. Jij doorziet consequenties en stelt prioriteiten bij een wijziging of issue in de keten.
  • Jij schakelt soepel tussen de diverse afdelingen en onderhandelt zelfstandig met leveranciers; ook in het Engels.
  • Proactief en enthousiast als je bent, denk je graag mee om het team elke dag net weer wat beter te laten werken.
