Wir unterstützen Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und deren Mandanten beim Einsatz betriebswirtschaftlicher IT-Systeme in Verbindung mit DATEV Programmen. Speziell diesen Berufsgruppen bieten wir bedarfsorientierte Serviceleistungen, unter anderem DATEV-PARTNERasp, Online-Lösungen und Hosting. Wir sind der führende DATEV Dienstleister im Rhein-Main-Gebiet.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Organisatorische Unterstützung: Pflege von Mandantenstammen, Terminen und internen Workflows im DATEV Consultant-Team und Reporting an die Führungskraft
  • Administrative Zuarbeit: Aufbereitung und Strukturregie von Dokumenten, Berichten und Excel-Sheets für interne Meetings und Mandantenpräsentationen
  • Projektunterstützung: Administrative Begleitung laufender Projekte (z. B. Migrationsprojekte auf DATEV-Cloud-Lösungen, Einführung neuer Tools wie DATEV Belege online oder Mandantendialog)
  • Datenpflege & Analyse: Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungen in Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln) zur Vorbereitung von KPI-Dashboards
  • Kommunikation: Erste Koordination von internen Anfragen und Vorbereitung von Material für Mandanten-Workshops

Was Du mitbringst

Must-haves:

  • Laufendes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel (Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen, Datenbereinigung)
  • Erste Erfahrung oder fundiertes Verständnis im Projektmanagement (z. B. durch Praxissemester, Werkstudentenjobs oder universitäre Projekte)
  • Strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Daten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice-to-haves:

  • Hintergrund aus dem Steuerberaterumfeld: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Steuerfachangestellte:n oder Erfahrung in Form einer Ausbildung ist ein Pluspunkt, da wir tiefe Einblicke in die logischen Zusammenhänge von Buchhaltung und Steuern bieten
  • Vertrautheit mit der DATEV-Softwarelandschaft oder Interesse an der Digitalisierung der Finanzverwaltung

  • Konkrete Weiterbildung: Du darfst an internen DATEV-Skilling-Tagen und Produkt-Updates teilnehmen, um dein Fachwissen direkt anzuwenden
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten: 15-30 Stunden pro Woche, vollständig studienkompatibel und auf deine Präsenzpflichten abgestimmt
  • Homeoffice-Option: Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung besteht die Möglichkeit, 1-2 Tage pro Woche remote zu arbeiten
  • Moderne Arbeitsumgebung: Zugang zu aktuellen Tech-Tools, hochwertiger Hardware und einer Kultur, die auf kurzen Entscheidungswegen und Teamspirit basiert
