Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • In dieser Rolle als (Senior) IT-Supporter [m/w/d] / Systemadministrator [m/w/d] bist Du Teil unseres Support-Teams und verantwortlich für den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Modernisierung von Microsoft-basierten IT-Umgebungen unserer Kunden im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Dein Wirkungsfeld reicht dabei von der laufenden Betreuung und Störungsbehebung über die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systeme bis hin zur Beratung unserer Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen - mit dem Ziel, dass unsere Kunden sich jederzeit gut betreut fühlen

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kunden-IT-Umgebungen (vor Ort und remote)
  • Administration von Microsoft Client- und Server-Systemen
  • Betrieb und Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Router, Firewalls)
  • Implementierung und Betreuung von Server-, Storage- und Virtualisierungslösungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Cloud-Migrationen (z. B. Microsoft 365)
  • Konzeption und Betrieb von Backup-, Antivirus- und Terminal-Server-Lösungen
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Mitarbeit an größeren Kundenprojekten
  • Saubere Dokumentation und strukturierte Übergaben

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Systemhaus, Managed-Service- oder IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld - du kennst die relevanten Abläufe
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen (Client & Server)
  • Erfahrung mit Switching, Routing, Firewalls
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt - du repräsentierst uns vor Ort
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Führerschein Klasse B (erforderlich für Onsite-Einsätze)

Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft 365 und hybrider Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit Backup- und Security-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Systemhaus- oder Managed-Service-Umfeld
