Als IT Security & Cloud Engineer übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für eine sichere, moderne und global skalierbare IT‑Umgebung in unserem Unternehmen. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Microsoft 365, Cloud‑Security und Informationssicherheit: Sie entwickeln Sicherheitskonzepte, schützen sensible Forschungs- und Patientendaten und stellen sicher, dass unsere M365‑Landschaft stabil, compliant und zukunftsfähig bleibt.

Sie gestalten eine hochsichere Arbeitsumgebung, die klinische Studien weltweit effizient unterstützt und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Forschungsteams jederzeit geschützt und produktiv arbeiten können.

Die Aufgaben

  • Technische Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Purview)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Identity & Access Management sowie Security- und Compliance-Konzepten im Microsoft 365- und Azure- Umfeld
  • Design, Absicherung und Betrieb moderner Cloud-Plattformen mit Schwerpunkt Azure
  • Umsetzung von Security-Maßnahmen, Überwachung sowie Analyse und Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Mitarbeit in strategischen IT-Projekten (z. B. Cloud-Migrationen, Modern Workplace Transformation)
  • Mitarbeit bei Audits sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, inkl. Überprüfung und Validierung von Systemen im GxP-Umfeld zur Sicherstellung von Compliance und Datenintegrität
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO 27001

Was wir erwarten

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (z. B. GxP / Pharma / Life Sciences), davon mehr als 3 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration und Security von Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Purview sowie modernen Cloud-Security-Architekturen
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von Cloud-Plattformen
  • Strukturierte, dokumentationsstarke und audit-erfahrene Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Pragmatismus und Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute kommunikative Skills, um technische Zusammenhänge auf allen Hierarchieebenen usergerecht zu vermitteln
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
