Welkom bij Bar Rouge.

Een high-energy Asian dinnershow midden in Amsterdam waar Japanese fusion, nightlife en entertainment samenkomen in één concept. Geen standaard restaurant. Geen rustige hotelkeuken. Dit is een plek waar food onderdeel is van de show. En wij zoeken iemand die daarin mee wil.

DE ROL

Wij zoeken een Assistent Sushi Chef met tempo in zijn handen en discipline in zijn werk.

Je hebt al wat ervaring in de keuken. Misschien al met sushi, maar in ieder geval met een fijne mise-en-place en service draaien onder druk. Wat belangrijker is: je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een keuken waar presentatie telt, timing alles is en kwaliteit nooit onderhandelbaar is. Van perfect gesneden sashimi tot strak opgebouwde rolls en refined Japanese bites, jij helpt bouwen aan een ervaring waar gasten voor terugkomen.

WAT JE GAAT DOEN

• Assisteren bij het bereiden van sushi, sashimi en Asian fusion dishes • Werken met premium vis, verse ingrediënten en verfijnde presentatie • Strakke mise-en-place draaien voor dinner services en events • Meebewegen in high-energy services waar snelheid en focus cruciaal zijn • Zorgdragen voor een cleane, georganiseerde werkplek • Samenwerken met chefs die hoog niveau verwachten

WAT WIJ ZOEKEN

• Je hebt ervaring in een professionele keuken • Sushi ervaring is een grote plus • Je houdt van discipline, tempo en precisie • Je snapt dat details het verschil maken • Je bent leergierig en wilt groeien binnen Japanese cuisine • Je blijft scherp wanneer de druk omhoog gaat • Avonden en weekenden werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
