Functieomschrijving:

Als all round medewerker ondersteun je het barteam tijdens de clubavond of het evenement. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de bar soepel kan blijven draaien door continu te voorzien in benodigdheden en de werkruimte netjes te houden. Je bent proactief, snel, en speelt een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van een hoge servicekwaliteit en hygiëne.

Kerntaken & Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ophalen van glaswerk uit de zaal, van tafels en barren.
  • Sorteren en afvoeren van glaswerk naar de spoelkeuken of glazenspoelstations.
  • Aanvullen van de barvoorraden, zoals drank, ijs, glazen, fruit, servetten, rietjes, etc.
  • Ondersteunen bij het schoon en georganiseerd houden van de bar tijdens en na het event.
  • Signaleren van tekorten of knelpunten aan de bar en hier proactief op anticiperen.
  • Assisteren bij lichte mise-en-place taken, zoals het snijden van garnering of het klaarzetten van koelvoorraad.
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënt en gastvrij verloop van de avond.
  • Samenwerken met het bar- en floorteam en rapporteren aan de shiftleader of floormanager.
  • Zorgdragen voor een positieve uitstraling en representatief gedrag richting gasten.

Vereisten:

  • Hands-on mentaliteit, stressbestendig en fysiek in goede conditie.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden.
  • Teamspeler met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring in horeca is een pre, maar niet vereist – motivatie telt zwaarder.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.
