Wat ga je doen?

Als Chef de Partie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor je eigen sectie binnen de keuken – of dat nu de grill, garde of de warme kant is. Jij zorgt dat alles op jouw post op rolletjes loopt, en levert keer op keer topkwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met de sous-chef en chef-kok, en denkt actief mee over nieuwe gerechten.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

  • Zelfstandig draaien van jouw partie tijdens mise-en-place en service.
  • Strakke voorbereiding en timing: jij weet wat nodig is om jouw station perfect te laten lopen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken van jouw gerechten en presentatie.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van jonge koks of stagiairs op jouw station.
  • Meedenken over de menukaart en nieuwe recepturen.
  • Zorgen voor een schone, georganiseerde werkplek volgens HACCP-richtlijnen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok of Chef de Partie.
  • Je bent een aanpakker, houdt van koken met aandacht en werkt graag in een dynamisch team.
  • Je hebt kennis van keukenprocessen en bent scherp op hygiëne en kwaliteit.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen, ook tijdens drukke shifts.
  • Je bent leergierig, creatief en hebt een hart voor horeca.
