📣 Vacature: Patisserie Chef met finesse & flair gezocht! Vanaf september opent Orchid House de deuren aan het Oosterpark – een restaurant waar buurtgevoel en wereldse smaken samenkomen. Voor onze desserts zoeken we een getalenteerde Patisserie Chef die smaak, stijl en creativiteit weet te combineren op het bord.

Over Orchid House

Bij Orchid House draait het om seizoensgebonden koken, verse ingrediënten en een keuken die niet bang is om buiten de lijntjes te kleuren. Denk aan wereldse invloeden – met een tikje Zuid-Amerikaanse flair – en een warme, toegankelijke sfeer. Geen stijve boel, maar een plek waar iedereen zich thuis voelt. En dat geldt ook voor onze desserts.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Patisserie Chef ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alles wat zoet de keuken verlaat – van verfijnde taarten tot verrassende plated desserts. Jij bouwt mee aan een dessertkaart die onze gasten bijblijft, en zorgt voor de juiste balans tussen smaak, textuur en presentatie.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

  • Ontwikkelen en bereiden van desserts, taarten, zoete bites & specials.
  • Beheren van je eigen patisserie-sectie binnen de keuken.
  • Zorgen voor strakke mise-en-place en een vlekkeloze service.
  • Meedenken over nieuwe ideeën, thema’s en seizoensgebonden vernieuwing.
  • Werken volgens HACCP en zorgen voor een schone, georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Eventueel begeleiden van een patisserie-stagiair of leerling.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt zo’n 3 jaar ervaring in de patisserie, liefst in restaurants of luxe catering.
  • Je combineert technische precisie met creatieve flair.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, schoon en met liefde voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met de rest van de brigade.
  • Je hebt oog voor presentatie én smaakbalans.
  • Kennis van chocoladewerk, beslagtechnieken en seizoensfruit? Yes please.
