Bij SUPPER werk je in een keuken waar gastronomie en entertainment samenkomen. Geen standaard service, maar een high-energy omgeving waar timing, focus en kwaliteit alles bepalen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als sous-chef ben jij de rechterhand van onze chef-kok – en bij afwezigheid sta jij aan het roer in de keuken. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gerechten, zorgt dat de keukenbrigade lekker draait en dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Van het aansturen van het team tot het meedenken over nieuwe gerechten.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

  • Leidinggeven aan het keukenteam (en afwasbrigade) bij afwezigheid van de chef.
  • Waarborgen van topkwaliteit: van ingrediënten tot eindgerecht.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en contact onderhouden met leveranciers.
  • Meedenken over de menukaart, nieuwe recepten testen en jouw culinaire ideeën delen.
  • Rekeningen checken, voorraad beheren en zorgen dat de keuken binnen budget blijft.
  • Roosters maken, personeelszaken regelen en nieuwe collega's inwerken.
  • Strakke naleving van hygiëne en veiligheid? Jij houdt het scherp in de gaten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de keuken, liefst als sous-chef of als jnr sous chef met ambitie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, georganiseerd en weet hoe je een team motiveert.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en hart voor de horeca.
  • Kennis van HACCP en keukenprocessen? Check!
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar durft ook de leiding te pakken.
