In ons iconische concept creëren we onvergetelijke ervaringen voor onze gasten, zowel in onze club als aan boord van de Supperclub Cruise. Wij staan bekend om onze high-end service en unieke sfeer, en onze VIP speelt daarin een sleutelrol.

Over de functie Als VIP Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van alle VIP-activiteiten binnen Supperclub. Je stuurt een team van VIP-hostessen aan, zorgt voor een premium ervaring voor onze VIP-gasten en bewaakt de hoogste standaarden in gastvrijheid en service. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel het team als de gasten en zorgt ervoor dat elke avond onvergetelijk is.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan en coördineren van het team van VIP-hostessen.
  • Zorgen voor een exclusieve, gastgerichte ervaring voor alle VIP-klanten.
  • Toezicht houden op de planning, teamindeling en operationele processen binnen de VIP-afdeling.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen, zoals bar en evenementen, om een soepele operatie te garanderen.
  • Proactief inspelen op feedback van gasten en kansen signaleren om de VIP-ervaring verder te verbeteren.
  • Beheren van reserveringen en waarborgen van een goede follow-up.

About the Role As a VIP Manager, you will oversee all VIP activities within Supperclub. Acting as the main point of contact for both your team and our guests, you will ensure every night is truly unforgettable.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de horeca of hospitality, bij voorkeur in een club of high-end omgeving.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Gastvrijheid zit in je DNA, en je hebt oog voor detail en een passie voor premium service.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel: jij houdt je hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the team of VIP hostesses.
  • Deliver an exclusive, guest-focused experience for all VIP customers.
  • Manage scheduling, team allocation, and operational processes within the VIP department.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the bar and events teams, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proactively address guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the VIP experience.
  • Manage VIP reservations and ensure effective follow-up.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or nightlife industry, preferably in a club or high-end environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A natural talent for hospitality, with attention to detail and a passion for premium service.
  • Resilient and adaptable: you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
