Founded in 2015, the company develops and deploys mission ready systems while delivering end to end clearance services for landmines, ERW and IEDs across humanitarian, military and commercial sectors. With German engineering, a multinational expert team and operations in more than 30 countries, GCS reduces explosive risks, restores safe land usage and enables secure movement as a full‑solution provider.

For our Headquarters in Freienbach we are looking for you upon availability in an 100% capacity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the company’s growth strategy in a senior management role
  • Lead and manage the Sales and Business Development functions
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and business development team with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Align the sales strategy with operational capabilities and the product roadmap to leverage the GCS customer base
  • Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven sales structure to expand GCS’s international footprint
  • Define pricing strategies and commercial models that reflect and support GCS’s growth strategy
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners globally
  • Coordinate priorities with other key functions to align on market needs and client delivery
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions as part of the management team

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in leading international B2B sales organizations in complex, technical markets
  • Deep understanding of defence, security, government and public procurement environments
  • Strategic thinker, data-driven and results-oriented decision-maker with commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly organized and structured communicator with the ability to align stakeholders, manage complexity, and drive effective execution
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies driving sustainable growth
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing global remote teams
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in German and English
