Mastering the RF spectrum – Die Symlab AG wurde 2016 gegründet und wächst stetig in der Entwicklung und Produktion von Geräten wie Störsendern, Empfängern, Sendern, Überwachungs- und Klassifizierungsgeräten, Funkpeilern und Anti-Drohnen-Ausrüstung. Die Symlab AG mit Hauptsitz in Freienbach ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Global Clearance Solutions AG, die explosive Bedrohungen beseitigt und den Wiederaufbau von Kriegsgebieten ermöglicht.

Für unser Symlab-Team suchen wir Dich als Test Engineer RF (m/f/d). In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an der Verifikation komplexer RF-Systeme und bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Qualität und externen Prüflabors.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung und Auswertung von RF-Messungen auf Systemebene und an Baugruppen
  • Bedienung von RF-Messgeräten (z. B. Spektrumanalysator, Netzwerkanalysator (VNA), Signalgenerator, Oszilloskop)
  • Spezifikation, Planung und Begleitung von Qualifikations- und Umwelttests (z. B. MIL, AECTP) mit externen Labors
  • Analyse von Messergebnissen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Systematische Fehlersuche und Eingrenzung von Fehlerursachen auf Baugruppen- und perspektivisch auf Systemebene
  • Entwicklung und Definition von Testkonzepten, Prüfabläufen und Grenzwerten
  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Tests und Auswertungen (z. B. Python, Excel)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, Produktion und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik (EFZ / HF / FH / Bachelor oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich RF-Messtechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen RF-Messgeräten (z. B. VNA, Spektrumanalysator)
  • Erfahrung in der strukturierten Fehlersuche und Analyse elektronischer Systeme
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit Qualifikations- oder Umwelttests bzw. externen Prüflabors von Vorteil
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil

  • Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung (z. B. Python, SCPI/VISA)
  • Erfahrung mit Umwelt- und Temperaturtests
  • Kenntnisse in statistischer Auswertung / Qualitätsmethoden
  • SMD-Lötkenntnisse oder Erfahrung im Hardware-Debugging
