职位概述

倒班技师岗位，负责协助风能叶片生产线设备的安装调试、预防性维护、故障维修及优化改进工作，确保设备高效稳定运行；参与TPM（全员生产维护）体系推进及备件国产化项目，支持生产节能降本目标达成。

核心职责

  • 设备管理与维护协助导入进口不饱和树脂叶片生产设备、环氧导注机、合模胶机、CPE等环氧设备的日常点检、保养及维修，制定标准化操作流程（SOP）。 协助编制设备维护计划，跟踪维护记录，分析设备故障率（MTBF/MTTR），提出改进方案。 响应产线突发故障，快速诊断并修复设备问题（机械/电气/液压/气动系统），减少停机时间。
  • TPM与持续改进参与TPM体系落地，推动自主维护、专业维护结合，提升设备综合效率（OEE）。 识别设备浪费环节（如能源损耗、备件浪费），提出节能降本措施并实施。
  • 备件管理与国产化优化备件库存管理，建立安全库存预警机制，降低备件资金占用。 协助导入进口备件国产化替代项目，通过技术评估及测试验证，实现成本节约。
  • 项目支持与协作参与新设备安装调试及技术改造项目，完成设备验收及相关生产操作、维修培训。 协同生产、工艺、质量部门解决设备相关问题，提升产线整体效能。
  • 培训与文档管理协助参与编制设备维护手册、故障处理指南（分析报告），组织生产操作人员技能培训。 协助完善设备技术档案，记录设备生命周期数据（如维修历史、改造记录）。

任职要求

  • 教育背景专科以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业。
  • 工作经验3年以上大型制造企业设备维修经验，有风能叶片生产设备或环氧设备维护经验者优先，如固瑞特等模具翻转系统、辛帕环氧设备、碳梁拉挤设备等风能叶片生产设备的安装及维修经验。 熟悉TPM实施方法论，具备设备管理体系搭建或优化案例优先。
  • 技能要求熟悉机械传动、液压/气动系统、PLC控制原理，能独立分析设备故障（如西门子/AB PLC程序、伺服驱动器）。
  • 能力素质较强的动手能力与问题分析、解决能力，能适应产线倒班及紧急抢修工作节奏。 良好的跨部门协作能力，能推动设备改进方案落地。
