The posting

Au sein de la division Pure Flow Processing, vous assurez la gestion administrative des ventes et êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients tout au long du cycle de commande. Vous contribuez à la qualité du service client en garantissant le traitement efficace des offres, commandes et opérations de facturation.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Établir et suivre les offres commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les comptes clients, en veillant à la conformité des informations administratives.
  • Assurer le traitement des commandes de la réception jusqu'à la facturation, en garantissant la fiabilité des données et le respect des délais.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les services internes afin de garantir une exécution fluide des commandes.
  • Gérer les réclamations et litiges administratifs en lien avec les équipes commerciales et techniques.
  • Participer au suivi des paiements clients et contribuer aux actions de recouvrement lorsque nécessaire.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils, procédures et processus du service.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Formation Bac +2/3 en gestion, commerce ou administration des ventes.
  • Anglais indispensable
  • Expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou technique.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et d'un ERP, idéalement SAP.
  • Sens du service client, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Bon relationnel et aptitude à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
