Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bönen (Großraum Dortmund/Hamm) suchen wir einen erfahrenen Global Cost Controller (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in SAP CO und Product Costing.

In dieser globalen Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Division CFO, dem internationalen Management sowie unseren Gesellschaften zusammen. Sie gestalten und harmonisieren SAP-CO-Prozesse innerhalb der Division, treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Landschaft voran und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Transparenz und Steuerung unserer Profitabilität. Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Verantwortung und Durchführung globaler Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussaktivitäten im SAP-CO-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines harmonisierten SAP-CO-Konzepts innerhalb der Division
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation von End-to-End-Prozessen im Bereich Kostenrechnung und Produktkostencontrolling
  • Durchführung und Support der globalen Herstellkostenkalkulation
  • Analyse von Produktmargen und Profitabilität mittels SAP CO-PA
  • Steuerung und Monitoring der Kostenstellenrechnung sowie der Kosten- und Leistungsplanung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung internationaler Finance-Organisationen bei SAP-CO-Themen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen für globale Key User und Finance-Teams
  • Mitarbeit in internationalen SAP- und Transformationsprojekten, insbesondere im Umfeld SAP S/4HANA

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance/ Controlling, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und Kostenrechnung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP CO/COPA
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen, Datenflüssen und Systemzusammenhängen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
