MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC

Mục đích của vị trí Content Moderator là đảm bảo một môi trường trực tuyến an toàn và tích cực thông qua việc rà soát và kiểm duyệt nội dung do người dùng tạo ra, thực thi các quy định và duy trì tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng. Vị trí này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung và ngăn chặn việc lan truyền các nội dung không phù hợp hoặc gây hại.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

  • Rà soát tất cả nội dung do người dùng tạo trên nền tảng, bao gồm tin nhắn văn bản, hình ảnh, video và bình luận.
  • Đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ của nội dung theo tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng, đưa ra các quyết định phù hợp và gỡ bỏ những nội dung vi phạm.
  • Quản lý an toàn nội dung cho các sản phẩm video ngắn nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn pháp lý.
  • Nắm vững và am hiểu sâu các chính sách, quy trình; nhanh chóng phát hiện và xử lý nội dung không phù hợp trước khi gây ảnh hưởng tiêu cực.
  • Quản lý và xử lý các báo cáo về nội dung không phù hợp, áp dụng chính sách của công ty.
  • Phối hợp với cấp quản lý để xử lý các nội dung vi phạm tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng và cập nhật tiêu chuẩn vận hành.
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra (audit) nội dung trước khi đăng tải/chia sẻ trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
  • Rà soát video trực tuyến/nội dung/khiếu nại/thông báo pháp lý từ khách hàng liên quan đến các quyết định chưa chính xác về nội dung bản quyền.
  • Rà soát và cập nhật nội dung trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội phổ biến.
  • Theo tính chất công việc, có khả năng tiếp xúc với các nội dung nhạy cảm hoặc có yếu tố gây ảnh hưởng trong mỗi ca làm việc. Ứng viên cần có kỹ năng quản lý bản thân và phẩm chất cá nhân phù hợp để làm việc trong môi trường có nhịp độ nhanh của ngành.

YÊU CẦU KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM

  • Yêu thích việc xem và sử dụng các nền tảng mạng xã hội (là một lợi thế).
  • Có khả năng tiếp xúc và xử lý các nội dung nhạy cảm.
  • Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tương đương với trình độ B2.
  • Biết tiếng Hàn (chỉ yêu cầu đọc và viết), không yêu cầu chứng chỉ.Chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp.
  • Có thể đi làm ngay là một lợi thế.
