The posting

  • Location: Ha Noi and Da Nang
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information
  • Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines

Qualifications

  • Open to Fresher and candidate with at least 6-month experience in Customer Service
  • English proficiency: B2 level or above
  • Chinese proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. HSK 4 or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Good customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
