Mục tiêu của vị trí Content Moderator là đảm bảo một môi trường trực tuyến an toàn và tích cực bằng cách kiểm duyệt và rà soát nội dung do người dùng tạo ra, thực thi các quy định và duy trì tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng. Vị trí này đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo chất lượng nội dung và ngăn chặn việc lan truyền các nội dung không phù hợp hoặc có hại.

Địa điểm: Times City, 458 Minh Khai, Vĩnh Tuy, Hà Nội, Việt Nam

Loại hình làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Thời gian làm việc:

  • Thời gian vận hành: Thứ Hai đến Chủ Nhật
  • Làm việc 40 giờ/tuần (5 ca/tuần, có ca đêm)
  • Có thể làm việc vào cuối tuần và ngày lễ

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Rà soát tất cả nội dung do người dùng tạo trên nền tảng, bao gồm tin nhắn văn bản, hình ảnh, video và bình luận
  • Đánh giá nội dung có tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng hay không, đưa ra quyết định phù hợp và loại bỏ các nội dung vi phạm
  • Quản lý độ an toàn nội dung cho các sản phẩm video ngắn, đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định pháp lý
  • Nắm rõ và hiểu sâu các chính sách, quy trình; đảm bảo xử lý nhanh chóng để phát hiện và loại bỏ nội dung không phù hợp trước khi gây ảnh hưởng
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý các báo cáo nội dung vi phạm, áp dụng chính sách của công ty
  • Phối hợp với cấp trên để xử lý các nội dung vi phạm và cập nhật tiêu chuẩn vận hành
  • Thực hiện audit nội dung được đăng tải trên mạng xã hội
  • Rà soát video/nội dung trực tuyến/khiếu nại/thông báo pháp lý từ người dùng liên quan đến các quyết định xử lý nội dung (đặc biệt về bản quyền)
  • Rà soát và cập nhật nội dung trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội phổ biến
  • Lưu ý: Công việc có thể phải tiếp xúc với các nội dung nhạy cảm hoặc có hại trong mỗi ca làm việc. Yêu cầu ứng viên có kỹ năng quản lý bản thân tốt để thích nghi trong môi trường làm việc nhanh và nhiều áp lực

Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên, mọi chuyên ngành
  • Yêu thích sử dụng mạng xã hội (là một lợi thế)
  • Có khả năng chịu được nội dung nhạy cảm
  • Tiếng Anh tương đương trình độ B2 và có chứng chỉ JLPT N2 trở lên (khuyến khích đạt trong vòng 2 năm)
  • Chấp nhận ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp
  • Có thể đi làm ngay là một lợi thế
