Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Prozesstechniker (m/w/d).

Als Prozesstechniker unterstützen Sie die Produktionsleitung bei der Sicherstellung eines sicheren, effizienten und störungsfreien Produktionsbetriebs. Sie überwachen und analysieren verfahrenstechnische Abläufe und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktqualität, Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Prozessstabilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und technische Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeiter bei verfahrenstechnischen Fragestellungen.
  • Betreuung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten, Qualifikationen und Versuchsreihen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse, Technologien und Anlagen
  • Begleitung von Versuchen, Testläufen und technischen Änderungen an Anlagen und Prozessen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen, Normen und Regelwerken wie GMP und ISO 9001
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsleitung, Forschung & Entwicklung, Technik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise als Chemikant (m/w/d), Chemietechniker (m/w/d) oder Verfahrenstechniker (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ ein einschlägiges Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets. Darüber hinaus wünschen wir uns:
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Bedienung, Überwachung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen und Prozesse
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, technische und verfahrenstechnische Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und verständlich zu dokumentieren
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Hinblick auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue technische Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
