Rejoindre EOLEN, c’est intégrer un cabinet de conseil en ingénierie et IT, filiale du groupe GECI International, présent en France et à l’international.

Nous accompagnons les grands comptes dans leurs projets d’infrastructure, de cybersécurité et de transformation IT, notamment dans le secteur bancaire.

Votre quotidien

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Sécurité spécialisé en IAM et conformité DORA pour piloter des projets de sécurité des systèmes d’information dans un environnement bancaire exigeant.

Vos principales missions :

  • Piloter les projets liés à la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM).
  • Coordonner les équipes sécurité, infrastructure, risques et conformité.
  • Contribuer à la mise en conformité avec le règlement DORA.
  • Suivre les plans d’action liés à la gestion des risques IT et à la résilience opérationnelle.
  • Superviser les chantiers de gestion des habilitations, d’authentification et de contrôle des accès.
  • Assurer le suivi des plannings, des risques, des budgets et des indicateurs.
  • Préparer les comités de pilotage et assurer le reporting auprès des parties prenantes.

Expertise et environnement technique

  • IAM / IGA : gestion des identités, habilitations et cycle de vie des accès.
  • Solutions IAM : SailPoint, One Identity, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Sécurité : authentification, SSO, MFA, gestion des privilèges (PAM).
  • Conformité : DORA, gestion des risques IT, résilience opérationnelle.
  • Référentiels : ISO 27001, politiques de sécurité et exigences réglementaires.
  • Gestion de projet : Jira, Confluence, outils de reporting.

Votre profil

  • Formation Bac +5 en informatique, cybersécurité ou gestion de projet IT.
  • Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets sécurité, IAM ou conformité réglementaire.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux de sécurité et de gestion des risques IT.
  • Connaissance du secteur bancaire et de ses contraintes réglementaires appréciée.
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes techniques et métiers.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et bonnes capacités de communication.
