Rejoindre EOLEN, c’est intégrer un cabinet de conseil en ingénierie et IT, filiale du groupe GECI International, présente en France et à l’international. Nous intervenons dans des secteurs stratégiques comme l’énergie, la banque, les télécommunications, l’aéronautique et la défense.

Votre quotidien

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur de Production Mainframe spécialisé en ordonnancement pour intervenir auprès d’un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire, sur des environnements de production critiques.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des environnements de production Mainframe.
  • Administrer et exploiter les outils d’ordonnancement Control-M, TWS et/ou EGEN.
  • Superviser les traitements batch et garantir leur bon déroulement.
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents de production, identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.
  • Gérer les demandes d’exploitation et assurer le suivi des traitements.
  • Participer à l’optimisation des chaînes de traitements et à l’amélioration continue des processus de production.
  • Contribuer aux mises en production et aux évolutions des environnements techniques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes études, infrastructure et exploitation afin de garantir la disponibilité et la performance des applications.

Expertise et environnement technique

  • Environnements Mainframe
  • Ordonnanceurs : Control-M, TWS et/ou EGEN
  • Exploitation et production informatique
  • Gestion des traitements batch
  • Supervision, analyse et résolution d’incidents
  • Maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO)

Votre profil

  • Bac +5 en informatique ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 6 à 7 ans d’expérience en production informatique Mainframe.
  • Expérience significative sur au moins un outil d’ordonnancement : Control-M, TWS ou EGEN.
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus d’exploitation et de gestion des incidents en environnement de production.
  • Capacité à intervenir sur des systèmes critiques et à respecter les exigences de qualité de service.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit d’analyse et bon relationnel.

Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire constitue un atout majeur.
