Bij GECON BV zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die onze klanten helpt om hun werkomgeving veiliger en gezonder te maken.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als preventieadviseur bij GECON BV ben jij de spilfiguur voor jouw klanten op het vlak van veiligheid en welzijn. Je:

  • Adviseert en ondersteunt het management bij het uitwerken en uitvoeren van hun veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Bent hét aanspreekpunt voor je klanten: je bouwt duurzame relaties op, begrijpt hun noden en levert advies op maat.
  • Voert risicoanalyses uit, stelt actie- en veiligheidsplannen op en controleert en evalueert arbeidsomstandigheden.
  • Organiseert en geeft toolboxmeetings, opleidingen en praktijkgerichte info over veiligheid en preventie.
  • Verzorgt heldere en professionele rapportages (zoals oa kwartaal- en jaarverslagen) en bewaakt zo mee de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
  • Bezoekt regelmatig werven en klanten om advies te geven, opleidingen te begeleiden of keuringen op te volgen.
  • Start zelfstandig nieuwe projecten en klantentrajecten op volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden van GECON bv.

Je werkgebied strekt zich uit over een ruime regio, wat jou de kans geeft om je dynamiek, zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit ten volle te benutten. Ons kantoor in Hulshout is jouw uitvalsbasis: makkelijk bereikbaar, parking voor de deur en een gezellige plek om samen te werken.

Wat maakt jou de ideale Preventieadviseur?

  • Je hebt een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 op zak en al minstens 2 jaar praktijkervaring in het veld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht, en weet goed om te gaan met deadlines.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, flexibel én graag onderweg naar klanten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk: luisteren, adviseren en helder uitleggen zijn jouw troeven.
  • Je hebt een scherpe blik voor risico’s en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office 365 en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een bedrijf met een ambitieuze, leergierige en no-nonsense cultuur.
  • Je bent proactief, flexibel en een echte teamspeler.
