The Opportunity

Join Queen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram, as an IT Support Executive and be part of a team responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations. You will play an important role in supporting employees, maintaining IT systems and resolving technical issues to enable an efficient and productive working environment.

The Role

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, printers and standard business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets and access requests through Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 application issues.
  • Support IT asset allocation, inventory management and hardware lifecycle tracking.
  • Log, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests through JIRA Service Management.
  • Maintain IT documentation, follow established SOPs and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
  • Adhere to defined SLAs and IT service management processes.
  • Deliver responsive and professional end-user support, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

The Person

  • Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science will be preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support or system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, peripherals and asset management.
  • Exposure to ITSM ticketing tools, preferably JIRA Service Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage and prioritise support requests effectively.
