The posting

Assegurar a execução e o controle das operações financeiras, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações, a gestão eficiente dos recursos e a integração com a contabilidade, por meio da análise básica de balancetes e dos impactos contábeis das movimentações financeiras.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Controlar e executar pagamentos a fornecedores, prestadores de serviços e demais obrigações, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e das políticas internas;
  • Acompanhar recebimentos, controlar títulos em aberto, analisar inadimplência e apoiar as atividades de cobrança;
  • Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado, identificando necessidades de recursos e possíveis desvios;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias, identificando e regularizando divergências entre extratos, controles financeiros e registros do ERP;
  • Acompanhar saldos bancários, movimentações financeiras, aplicações e resgates, contribuindo para a adequada disponibilidade de recursos;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e analisar indicadores financeiros, identificando variações e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Apoiar operações junto às instituições financeiras, incluindo tarifas, transferências, financiamentos e demais serviços bancários;
  • Participar do fechamento mensal, garantindo a integridade das informações e a conciliação dos saldos financeiros com a contabilidade;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos financeiros, políticas de aprovação e segregação de funções;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatização, padronização e aprimoramento dos controles e rotinas financeiras;
  • Fornecer informações e análises que auxiliem a liderança na tomada de decisões financeiras;
  • Compreender os reflexos das operações financeiras nos registros contábeis, possuir capacidade de leitura e análise básica de balancetes, identificar possíveis inconsistências nos saldos das contas patrimoniais relacionadas ao financeiro e apoiar a conciliação entre os controles financeiros e contábeis.

Atuação 100% presencial na região do Morumbi - De segunda à sexta-feira, das 08:12 às 18:00.

Requisitos imprescindíveis:

  • Excel intermediário;
  • TOTVS Protheus;
  • Conhecimento em projeções de fluxo de caixa, orçamento e análise de variações entre previsto e realizado;
  • Vivência no relacionamento com os departamentos de Contabilidade, Fiscal, Compras e Controladoria.

Desejáveis:

  • Ter atudo na área financeira do segmento Industrial.

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Vale transporte;
