The posting

Coordenar as atividades de atendimento técnico externo da empresa. Garantir a excelência e a sustentabilidade das operações de serviços externos, atuando de forma diretiva na liderança da equipe, no cumprimento dos prazos e no mapeamento de falhas para a eliminação de retrabalhos e custos ocultos.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Criar uma rotina de conversas e alinhamentos semanais com a equipe de campo. Dar feedbacks claros, acompanhar o dia a dia e apoiar o crescimento profissional de cada técnico;
  • Analisar as Ordens de Serviço (OS) com antecedência. Definir critérios técnicos claros antes do deslocamento dos técnicos para evitar viagens desnecessárias e retrabalhos;
  • Visitar clientes sempre que necessário, seja para acompanhar atendimentos complexos, auditar a qualidade do serviço ou reverter situações críticas;
  • Buscar a origem real do problema (falhas repetitivas em campo) e sugerir melhorias práticas para a Engenharia e a Produção;
  • Transformar o conhecimento técnico prático em guias e procedimentos escritos simples e fáceis de entender, servindo de base para treinamentos do time;
  • Manter uma comunicação aberta e uma parceria forte com as demais áreas da empresa, resolvendo desalinhamentos de forma colaborativa;
  • Acompanhar números essenciais do setor (como índices de retrabalho, produtividade da equipe e satisfação do cliente) para tomar decisões baseadas em fatos.

Atuação 100% presencial - Região do Morumbi - Real Parque.

Formação:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Automação, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas.

Requisitos imprescindíveis:

  • Experiencia na Área Técnica como Coordenador de Assistência Técnica, com atuação em equipe de campo;
  • Domínio de informática (Pacote Office) e facilidade para operar sistemas de gestão integrada (ERP).

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Treinamento ou conhecimento prático em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e análise de problemas (como PDCA, 5W2H e Ishikawa);
  • Capacidade em planejar, organizar e gerenciar rotas de atendimento para equipes que atuam em campo;
  • Capacidade de enxergar o processo como um todo, compreendendo como o planejamento das rotas afeta a fábrica, o comercial e a satisfação final do cliente.
