Job Description Summary

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Job Description

El Ingeniero de Campo contribuye al mantenimiento, la reparación y la renovación de equipo médico vendido o existente. Realiza todos los tipos de servicios de mantenimiento (preventivos y correctivos), administra las instalaciones de mantenimiento y la ingeniería de servicio de campo.

Lo que harás:

  • Reparaciones y actividades de servicios relacionados con la inspección para flotas instaladas y supervisión para construcción y puesta en marcha de equipos nuevos y existentes, pueden realizarse en el sitio del cliente. Incluye maquinado en el sitio, ensayos no destructivos, patinado, bobinado, soldadura crítica, diagnóstico del generador. Puede tomar decisiones de ingeniería.
  • Resolver problemas según los procedimientos establecidos. Consulta al supervisor o a miembros del equipo con mayor rango por problemas fuera de las instrucciones/los parámetros definidos.
  • Colaborar con otras personas para resolver problemas.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con el cliente y desempeñarte como intermediario entre el cliente y GE. Intercambia información técnica, hace preguntas y verifica su comprensión.
  • Zona de trabajo Tijuana, BC.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniera en Electrónica, Biomédica, Mecatrónica o afín (mandatorio).
  • Inglés conversacional.
  • Experiencia de al menos dos años como Ingeniero de campo, experiencia con dispositivos médicos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la República Mexicana.
  • Pasaporte y visa a Estados Unidos.
  • Licencia de conducir.

Sería bueno que tuvieras:

  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo.
  • Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente.
  • Sólidas habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
