Job Description

Como Pasante de Finanzas, formarás parte del equipo regional que brinda soporte financiero a Chile, Argentina y los mercados indirectos de Latinoamérica. Trabajarás con información clave de órdenes, ventas, revenue y gastos, contribuyendo a la preparación de reportes precisos y análisis oportunos que faciliten el seguimiento de los resultados y la toma de decisiones del negocio.

Apoyarás directamente al líder de Finanzas de CHAR e INDI y al equipo financiero de Servicios. Inicialmente, aprenderás y ejecutarás procesos ya establecidos, pero progresivamente tendrás la oportunidad de identificar discrepancias, investigar sus causas, interactuar con los equipos Comercial y de Operaciones y proponer mejoras o automatizaciones. Esta práctica te permitirá conocer diferentes procesos de Finanzas y fortalecer tus habilidades en análisis de datos, Excel, Power BI y herramientas de inteligencia artificial.

Lo que harás:

  • Soporte a la región de CHAR (Chile y Argentina) e INDI (mercados indirectos de LATAM)
  • Preparar reportes recurrentes de órdenes y ventas, así como construir y actualizar dashboards que faciliten el seguimiento de los resultados del negocio.
  • Conciliar semanalmente la información financiera de órdenes con las oportunidades comerciales registradas en Salesforce, identificando posibles diferencias en valores o registros.
  • Comparar la información operativa de revenue con el ledger financiero para detectar discrepancias y apoyar su resolución.
  • Construir y actualizar dashboards de FPC y SGA para facilitar el análisis financiero del área.
  • Preparar reportes mensuales de gastos y comparar los resultados reales frente al budget y forecast, apoyando la identificación de desvíos y riesgos.
  • Gestionar solicitudes de Know Your Customer, KYC, realizando la validación financiera requerida para la creación o modificación de clientes.
  • Revisar y aprobar Purchase Orders de acuerdo con los procesos y controles establecidos.
  • Mantener y actualizar dashboards existentes en Power BI y participar en proyectos para transformar reportes manuales en soluciones más visuales y automatizadas.
  • Tendrá la oportunidad de conocer las diferentes áreas de Finanzas.

Requisitos Obligatorios:

  • Estar estudiando Ingeniería industrial, Ciencias Económicas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras similares, con fecha de graduación para enero 2028 o adelante
  • Conocimiento avanzado en Excel (manejo de fórmulas, funciones de búsqueda, tablas dinámicas, cruce de bases de datos y análisis de información)
  • Nivel intermedio de Inglés (B1 o superior)
  • Tener disponibilidad para trabajo híbrido y en horario de oficina (Lunes a Viernes) - residir en Buenos Aires.

Características deseadas:

  • Conocimiento en Power BI será un plus (actualizar o construir dashboards desde cero)
  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de inteligencia artificial para automatizar procesos.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas
  • Gusto por el aprendizaje y proactividad
