Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het algemeen management van de dienst financiën
  • Je koppelt financiële aangelegenheden terug naar het college van burgemeester en schepenen/gemeenteraad/financiële commissie.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van een vijftal medewerkers
  • Je staat in voor feedbackmomenten en evaluaties en aansturing van het team.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en de wijzigingen van het meerjarenplan
  • Je assisteert bij de opmaak van de jaarrekening
  • Je waakt over het correct naleven van aankoopprocedures en overheidsopdrachten
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de invordering van de gemeentebelastingen

  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een financieel-economische richting en/of aangevuld met een bijkomende relevante opleiding
  • Je hebt minimum vijf jaar relevante beroepservaring, bij voorkeur binnen een lokaal bestuur
  • Er kan afgeweken worden van de diplomavoorwaarde op voorwaarde dat:je een bachelorsdiploma hebt bij voorkeur in een financieel-economische richting en je minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring hebt, bij voorkeur binnen een lokaal bestuur je slaagt in een capaciteitsproef voor de graad A1a-A3a
  • Je hebt interesse in de verschillende werkingsdomeinen van een lokaal bestuur
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator
  • Je hecht veel belang aan integriteit
  • Jij weet te overtuigen, door zowel mondeling als schriftelijk een helder en onderbouwd standpunt te formuleren.
