Також компанія активно розвиває напрям R&D для розробки нових застосунків у ніші хобі.

Зараз ми розвиваємо Organic Growth напрям та шукаємо в команду ASO Specialist, який(а) стане овнером напрямку App Store Optimization для усіх застосунків компанії та системно вибудує видимість і конверсію в App Store та Google Play з нуля. Ця роль передбачає прямий вплив на органічні інстали з пошуку в сторі та на конверсію «показ сторінки → інсталяція».

Що ти будеш робити:

  • Розробляти та реалізовувати ASO-стратегії для iOS та Android (метадані, локалізація, крео, робота з рейтингами та відгуками);
  • Оптимізовувати product-сторінки в App Store та Google Play на різних ринках, включно з custom store listings / custom product pages під конкретні аудиторії та кампанії;
  • Проводити та аналізувати A/B тести product-сторінок (іконка, скріншоти, preview-відео) для покращення конверсії та органічної видимості;
  • Планувати та запускати In-App Events в App Store, а також готувати заявки та матеріали для фічерингу від Apple та Google;
  • Розробляти та курувати SEO-орієнтовану контент та блог-стратегію.

Наш ідеальний match матиме:

  • Від 2 років практичного досвіду в ASO для iOS та Android;
  • Досвід keyword research, побудови семантичного ядра та відстеження позицій у сторах;
  • Практичні навички A/B тестування product-сторінок;
  • Впевнене володіння інструментами: AppTweak, Ahrefs, AppFigures, BrandMentions, Sensor Tower / data.ai, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude;
  • Розуміння логіки ранжування App Store та Google Play;
  • Практичний досвід використання AI-інструментів та автоматизації в ASO/SEO-процесах;
  • Рівень англійської від B2+.
