Твоя роль:

  • Створювати статичну рекламу та візуальні креативи (Meta, TikTok), що привертають увагу й залучають нових користувачів.
  • Розробляти сміливі візуальні концепції, хуки та формати — і покращувати їх на основі показників ефективності.
  • Тісно співпрацювати з UA та креативною командами: брейнштормити ідеї, аналізувати топові креативи та спільно відповідати за результат.
  • Досліджувати тренди й формати — перетворювати інсайти на свіжі креативні ідеї.
  • Пробувати нові інструменти та плагіни для покращення внутрішніх процесів і пришвидшення продакшену.

Ти нам чудово підходиш, якщо:

  • Маєш 2+ роки досвіду як графічний / моушн-дизайнер або креативний дизайнер.
  • Впевнено працюєш у Photoshop / Figma / Canva для статичних креативів, а досвід з After Effects / Premiere Pro буде великим плюсом.
  • Маєш сильне портфоліо, яке демонструє твоє візуальне мислення, креативність і вміння створювати привабливу графіку.
  • Розумієш композицію, ієрархію, ритм і вмієш створювати візуали, що зупиняють скрол.
  • Умієш працювати з брифами — і водночас пропонувати ідеї та розвивати концепції.
  • Чітко комунікуєш, добре сприймаєш фідбек і любиш працювати в динамічних командах.
  • Володієш англійською на рівні B1+ або вище — достатньо для розуміння креативних брифів і пошуку референсів.

Буде плюсом, якщо:

  • Маєш досвід створення performance-креативів для мобільних застосунків (особливо у сфері wellness, lifestyle).
  • Працював(ла) з AI-інструментами на кшталт MidJourney, Runway, HeyGen або AI-генераторами голосу.
  • Створював(ла) відеоконтент для TikTok / Instagram (платний або органічний).
  • Розумієш маркетингові KPI (CTR, CPA, Hook Rate) і як креативи впливають на ці показники.
