Ми шукаємо Email Marketing Manager-а, який доєднається до нашої команди User Acquisition. Основна мета ролі — побудова та розвиток email як повноцінного revenue-каналу: від стратегії до запуску на всіх продуктах компанії. Що ти будеш робити:

  • Розробляти та покращувати email-стратегію для всіх продуктів PlantIn (PlantIn, CoinIn, RockIn та нових застосунків).
  • Запускати та оптимізувати маркетингові розсилки з метою конвертації користувачів у платних підписників.
  • Будувати та вдосконалювати карти автоматичних листів — від welcome-серій до retention-тригерів.
  • Запускати A/B тести на рівні теми, контенту та CTA — аналізувати результати та впроваджувати зміни.
  • Запускати та оптимізувати системні й транзакційні листи, слідкувати за доставлюваністю та здоров'ям домену.
  • Взаємодіяти з командою UAM, дизайнерами, розробниками та PM для реалізації email-ініціатив.

Наш ідеальний match матиме:

  • 1–2 роки досвіду в email-маркетингу.
  • Практичний досвід роботи з платформами розсилок: Customer.io, MailChimp, SendGrid або eSputnik.
  • Розуміння ключових метрик: Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Spam Rate — та їхніх норм.
  • Базові знання HTML для верстки та редагування email-шаблонів.
  • Вміння налаштовувати технічні параметри домену (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) та працювати з Google Postmaster.
  • Навички сегментації аудиторій, налаштування UTM-параметрів та побудови автоматичних ланцюжків листів.
  • Вміння писати клікабельні теми, продаючий контент та сильні CTA.
  • Овнершіп і самостійність: готовність розбиратися в задачах без готових рішень і доводити їх до результату.

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід роботи з Customer.io.
  • Робота з мобільними застосунками або subscription-продуктами.
