Привіт!

Ми шукаємо HR People Partner у команду Administrative and People Ops Head Office Genesis.

Ти будеш допомагати співробітникам адаптуватися, розвиватися та досягати результатів разом із компанією.

Серед задач:

  • Ведення пре-онбордингу та онбордингу.
  • Запуск і супровід Performance Review.
  • Регулярні 1:1 зі співробітниками.
  • Організація exit-процесу та exit-інтерв’ю.
  • Координація навчання, тимбілдингів та компенсації навчальних програм.
  • Актуалізація та автоматизація HR-процесів у Zoho People.
  • Інформування команд про важливі оновлення.
  • Створення програм розвитку та грейдів.
  • Аналіз eNPS та інших опитувань, впровадження покращень.
  • Співпраця з менеджментом і формування процесів під потреби команд.

Очікуємо від тебе:

  • 1–1,5 року досвіду на аналогічній позиції.
  • Глибоке розуміння HR-процесів повного циклу.
  • Досвід роботи з HR CRM і масивами даних.
  • Досвід проведення та аналізу HR-опитувальників.
  • Проведення і структуризація 1:1 зі співробітниками.
  • Робота з HR-метриками, аналітикою та висновками на основі даних.

  • Впевнена комунікація та вміння будувати довіру.
  • Уважність до деталей і точність.
  • Орієнтація на результат і проактивність.
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації.
  • Емоційна компетентність і відкритість до зворотного зв’язку.
