Зараз ми шукаємо Junior SEO Specialist в наш флагманський продукт JustDone — AI асистент для академічної аудиторії, який допомагає краще працювати з науковими роботами, навчатись і проводити глибинні дослідження.

Основний фокус ролі — забезпечити масштабування лінкбілдингу та SEO-операційки JustDone: стабільно виходити на >50 нових ref domains на місяць (ціль 75-100) і взяти на себе тактичні задачі по контенту та технічці.

Ти працюватимеш у SEO команді, в якої зараз у фокусі: масштабування лінкбілдингу, стратегія органічного росту, конкурентний аналіз та оптимізація воронок під органічний трафік Інструменти: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, АІ інструменти - стандарт Ритм: бівіклі SEO sync, weekly 1:1 міти, репортінг - раз на тиждень

Лідер напрямку - Vladyslav Vivdenko. Йому важливі прозорі процеси, чесний фідбек і відповідальність за результат; допомагає швидко увійти в роль, але очікує самостійності; дуже цінує ініціативність та структурований (але гнучкий) підхід; йде до повної автономності SEO команди; найбільший драйвер в роботі - позитивна динаміка та результат.

Саме в цій ролі ти отримаєш:

  • Прямий та прозорий вплив на результат продукту та метрики;
  • Зрозумілий та якісний продукт на різні ГЕО;
  • Широкий старт: лінки, on-page, контент.

Твоя зона впливу:

  • Менеджмент 8+ агенцій-контракторів: брифи, дедлайни, контроль виконання, розрахунки;
  • Менеджмент розміщень лінків: трекінг, перевірка якості донорів (DR, трафік, релевантність, індексація), звіт по ref domains;
  • Написання брифів для копірайтерів;
  • Оптимізація сторінок сайту;
  • Створення нового інформаційного контенту;
  • Регулярна звітність: розміщення, виконання плану, проблемні місця;
  • Ініціативи з автоматизацій рутинних процесів.

Для цього тобі знадобиться:

  • 1+ рік на позиції SEO Specialist / Junior SEO;
  • Розуміння основ SEO і лінкбілдингу (бекленки, DR, анкори, індексація);
  • Досвід роботи з Google Sheets/Excel на рівні впевненого користувача;
  • Англійська B1+/B2;
  • Google Search Console / Ahrefs;
  • Знання AI інструментів та способів автоматизації;
  • Soft skills: відповідальність за результат, чіткість комунікації, уважність до деталей, дисципліна в дедлайнах, готовність вчитися й приймати фідбек.
